I've profoundly discovered in the past six months that there are more stupidly naive women than there are smart ones with common sense. I've also rediscovered the fact that women are sneaky and secretive.
It will soon be Mother's Day: On my first Mother's Day, I asked my then husband why he didn't acknowledge the day by giving me at least a card. He said matter of factly, "You're not my mother." I had given birth to his 8 lb. precious baby boy just five months before that.
