I don't care what religion you are or even about your lack of religion. You can be Budhist, Hindu, Muslim, Christian; Catholic or Protestant or even have no religion at all. You can shout to the heavens that you are Christian and everybody should love Jesus! I don't care! I think religion is only important if one feels a need for it. If you can't get through this world without it, then have at it! I respect that!
I do care, however, if you have no respect. I do care if you have no real love in your heart. I do care if you are not a good listener and you yammer on and on and on about you, you, you, you. I do care if you are not honest and open with me and your fellow man. I care if you cheat me or somebody else including yourself. I care that you may not respect your elders and that you may treat them poorly.

Gun Control
Inspired by Facebook yacking.
According to Bobbi Walton, who advocates gun control legislation....."it is much easier to run away from a knife or pillow" --So I replied... A mentally irresponsible person will find a way! My good friend Claude Caux, fencing instructor at U of H killed my good friend Mary Chovanitz with a knife in Memorial Park in Houston in front of 40 witnesses before she could run! She never had a chance. A crazy person has the strength of 10 people. Claude was a highly respected family man, community leader, father, and professor, and world renowned fencing instructor who taught Marcelle Marceaux how to fence. Where does one draw the line at who should have a weapon and who should not?
Legislation will not decrease the amount of unthinkable crimes that are committed daily because of mans' inhumanity.

An abortion doctor killed eight babies with scissors. If we had no guns, there would be a way for some maniac to kill...choke, stab, suffocate, drown,bludgeon... and there'd be a weapon available; scissors, knives, clubs, crow bars, pillows, straps, ropes, needles, water...all have been used to kill.
